Kayla McGlathery
Kayla is a registered nurse injector at Aesthetica. Originally from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, she brings a strong clinical foundation and thoughtful approach to every treatment. Before pursuing nursing, Kayla played collegiate volleyball at the University of Anchorage. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Boise State University, with an anticipated graduation in Spring 2026.
Kayla’s nursing background guides everything she does, with a strong emphasis on safety, facial anatomy, and results that are refined, natural, and never overdone.
Outside of the treatment room, Kayla’s life is full and fast-paced in the best way. She is a proud mom to three energetic boys who keep her on her toes and continually remind her of the importance of balance, patience, and showing up as her best self. She is also grateful for her husband, Dak, whose constant support allows her to grow in motherhood, nursing, and aesthetics.
Kayla believes the best aesthetic results are subtle, intentional, and designed to enhance what already makes each client beautiful. Her approach blends clinical precision with an elevated, personalized experience, because confidence should feel effortless.
For Kayla, aesthetics is about more than treatments. It’s about trust, confidence, and helping clients feel like the most refreshed version of themselves in a space that feels both welcoming and luxurious.
