This is a medical grade mid to deep peel that can be used to treat fine lines and wrinkles, acne, hyperpigmentation and overall skin quality. FAQs
Do I need to come with clean skin?
No need! Your provider will begin your facial with a thorough cleanse to remove makeup, sunscreen, and impurities. If you’re wearing makeup or come straight from work, that’s totally fine - we’ll take care of everything during your treatment.
Will this make me breakout?
It’s normal to experience a few small purging breakouts after your facial as your skin detoxifies and impurities rise to the surface - especially if it’s been a while since your last treatment. This is temporary and usually subsides within a few days, leaving your skin clearer and healthier. Our providers also tailor treatments to minimize irritation and promote healing.
Is there any downtime?
Most facials have little to no downtime! You may leave with a fresh, healthy glow and possibly some mild redness that fades within a few hours. More advanced treatments (like chemical peels, dermaplaning, or HydraFacials with extractions) might have slight sensitivity or flaking, which your provider will review with you before starting.
How often should I get a facial?
For best results, we recommend scheduling a facial every 4–6 weeks. This allows your skin to go through its full regeneration cycle and helps maintain long-term health, clarity, and glow. Your provider can help you create a customized treatment plan based on your skin type and goals.
Will it hurt?
Not at all — facials should be relaxing! You may feel light pressure during extractions or mild tingling with exfoliating or resurfacing treatments, but nothing painful. Our goal is always to make your experience as comfortable and soothing as possible.
Will it help if I have acne?
Yes! Facials can be an excellent part of an acne-management plan. We focus on deep cleansing, extractions, and treatments that reduce congestion and inflammation while balancing oil production. Regular facials, combined with proper home care and possibly advanced treatments like chemical peels or LED therapy, can dramatically improve acne-prone skin over time.
